1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the MariamBlend website at mariamblend.com and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site.

2. Who we are

MariamBlend is a fragrance house based in Lebanon. Our eau de parfums are composed with French ingredients and manufactured in Lebanon. You can reach us at hello@mariamblend.com.

3. Products

We take care to present our fragrances accurately, including their notes, sizes and packaging. Screens vary, so colors and finishes may look slightly different in person. Fragrance is also personal: how a scent develops depends on skin chemistry, and this is not considered a defect.

4. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock issues, and we will refund any amount already paid. Available payment methods are shown at checkout, including cash on delivery where offered.

5. Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed at checkout when you place it. Delivery fees, where applicable, are shown before you confirm.

6. Shipping and delivery

We deliver within Lebanon and to selected countries in the region. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers, customs or local conditions. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are your responsibility.

7. Returns and exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging, within 7 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

8. Intellectual property

The MariamBlend name, logo, fragrance names, photography and all content on this site belong to MariamBlend or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it. Beyond that, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses. Please review the ingredient information and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut.
